Welcome to the Biggleswade & District Friendly Badminton League Web Site

The Biggleswade and District Friendly Badminton League came to an abrupt end on Monday 16th March 2020 due to Covid19.

Obviously there were still many matches that should have taken place, so to give some sort of closure to the season final positions have been decided on an average of points gained by each team divided by the number of matches that they played.

A spreadsheet of the final results can be downloaded from the

Documents and Downloads page

The Committee has decided not to award any individual trophies this year as who knows what might have happened.

Hopefully the Biggleswade Leagues will survive although there is no idea yet as to when badminton can all start again.

As money will be saved through not giving out trophies the fees for teams joining the new season will be waived.

This site is primarily intended to provide fixtures and league tables but can also provide

any other information that the league member clubs find useful.

The site is maintained on a voluntary basis, but the content has to come from the member clubs.

All suggestions are welcome.
